The Tall maple sap hydrometer uses the Brix Scale from 0º to 10º, it is Brix Calibrated at 38º F. Divided into 1/10º increments. The total length of the hydrometer is 12". This hydrometer is State of Vermont Approved.
Use 2" Tall Test Cup.
